Denton Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dependable and attentive professional for a 1:1 overnight resident coverage position. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, observant, and committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of residents during overnight hours.
In this position, you will provide dedicated one-on-one supervision and support for a resident, helping maintain a safe and calm environment throughout the night. Your presence plays a key role in ensuring consistent care and peace of mind for both the resident and the care team.
Position Details:
Shift: Overnight | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Setting: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Role: One-on-One Resident Coverage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous 1:1 supervision and observation of a resident
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the shift
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing team promptly
- Maintain a calm, supportive environment during overnight hours
Ideal Candidates:
- Responsible, attentive, and compassionate
- Comfortable working overnight shifts
- Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or nursing home environments is a plus
